Here’s a retro classic TV show for kids that I watched every Saturday morning featuring Jimmy and his talking flute, Freddy, and all the weird inhabitants of the magical place called Living Island, including the Mayor, HR Pufnstuf, and the mean ol’ Witchiepoo.

Watching this bit of far out psychedelic puppetry may bring back some fond childhood memories, or flashbacks (depending on your perspective), but it’s still a fun trip either way! This is the pilot episode, called “The Magic Path”, where our boy hero first arrives and meets all the oddball locals, who try to help him escape from the witch’s evil plans. She wants to steal Freddy!!
